Before submitting, please review the core parameters of our 3-year warranty policy:

  • What is Covered: This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal street use within 3 years of the purchase date.

  • What is Not Covered: Truxen does not cover product failures resulting from:

    1. Improper installation, vehicle accidents, racing/off-road abuse, or modifications.

    2. Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, wiper blades, filters) unless premature failure due to a proven factory defect is identified.

  • Remedy: If a defect is validated by our technical team within the 3-year window, Truxen will provide a replacement part completely free of charge, or issue a partial/full refund depending on stock availability. Note: Truxen is not responsible for any independent mechanic labor costs, vehicle towing, or rental car fees incurred during part replacement.
